Perhaps it was his taste for science fiction that led Howard Zemsky to see the hulking, abandoned Hydraulics district and envision the gleaming Renaissance taking place in what is known as the Larkin District today.
The New York City native and former president of Russer Foods has lived in Buffalo since 1981, building a reputation as a developer, investor, philanthropist and community project leader ever since. (Read the rest here.)
